What affects the price:
Type of work: regular domestic cleaning, end of tenancy, deep clean, carpet cleaning, one-off/after-builders, or commercial cleaning all attract different rates.
Scope and condition: heavily soiled or neglected properties take more time and specialist products.
Frequency: regular weekly or fortnightly cleans are discounted compared to one-off cleans.
